Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wild Music Co., we take great care in crafting and curating every product we send out. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must initiate your request within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sheet Music Club subscriptions and physical sheet music prints are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Digital products (such as PDFs and downloadable audio or video lessons) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@wildmusiccompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Thanks!
